What data we process

This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. When you send a booking request, the details you enter (name, phone, email, date, time, party size, notes) are transmitted encrypted to our server and sent by email to info@fuji-cascais.com; you receive a copy by email. We use them solely to handle your reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are stored on our server until the day of your booking and deleted automatically the day after.

Statistics and third-party services

This website loads no external content: fonts, images and the map are hosted on our own server. For visitor statistics we use Matomo without cookies; data is passed through our own server to our Matomo server (analytics.backendguru.de, EU) and IP addresses are anonymised (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Links to WhatsApp, TheFork, Tripadvisor, Instagram, Facebook and Uber Eats lead to external services with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority CNPD (www.cnpd.pt). Contact us by email to exercise your rights.
