Our story
An authentic interpretation of Japanese cuisine
Fuji was born in October 2021 in Cascais – from the same owners as the former BelPonto Sushi, at the same address – and from a genuine enthusiasm for Japanese food and culture. We are a small team with a lot of personal commitment – and from day one we have worked exclusively with a certified sushi master.
Japanese cuisine is much more than sushi. So besides nigiri, maki and sashimi we serve warm specialities, tataki, tartare and grilled steaks. Because good food should not only satisfy you – it should make you happy.
